The Dali Museum Library

About

A. Reynolds and Eleanor Morse began collecting the works of Salvador Dali in the early 1940s.  Along with the collection of paintings and other Dali works, Mr. Morse began diligently researching and accruing either the actual newspaper clippings or photocopies of any and all Dali-related article in newspapers across the United States.  This collection would eventually be continued by Joan Kropf, and later on, by many Dali Museum volunteers to also include foreign newspapers.  This newspaper clipping collection encompasses the years 1927 - present.
